All papers accepted into the NZCSRSC 2008 will be presented during the conference.
One student author of each full paper accepted will present their paper in the form of a 15 minute oral presentation (with an additional 5 minutes for questions). Each short paper will be presented by at least one student author using an A1 sized poster during the poster session. More details are on the Guidelines for Presentations page.
Sounds impossible? Well, find out how! Associate Professor Tim Bell talks about the CSUnplugged project with the NZCSRSC. Find out how a parent having to talk to his son’s class started this radical (and fun) way of teaching computer concepts to school students.
Read more about this home-grown project (which has gone international) and join us for the CSUnplugged Workshop (17, 18 April) for a chance to experience it first hand.
