Moffat is the General Chair of the conference.

Sharon and Xianglin are responsible for aspects of the programme apart from the main presentation sessions.
Sascha Rehbock , Minister of Broadcasting
Sascha is in charge of advertising and promotions, including this website.
Amali Weerasinghe, Minister of Foreign Affairs
Amali is responsible for communicating with other universities and industry contacts.
Andrew McKenzie, Minister of Internal Affairs
Andrew is secretary for the committee
Jay Holland , Amanda Nicholas and Delio Brignoli , Ministers of Justice
Jay, Amanda and Delio are responsible for the submissions and review process.
Jason Alexander , Minister of Finance
Jason is the treasurer.
Devon Barrow and Ray Hidayat , Ministers of State Services
Devon and Ray are responsible for accommodation, catering and other local arrangements.
Mohammad Obaid , Minister of Transport
Mohammad is responsible for travel arrangements, to and from Christchurch and to and from events during the conference.
Tim Bell , Village Elder
Tim is our liaison with the academic hierarchy at Canterbury, and occasional cool, calm voice of reason.
